Lol, this is gonna be great! Since this displays exactly my first thought when I saw the B-Movie challenge thread!
The robot looks very nice so far. The only thing that concerns me is if it will be well posable and suitable for a planet's destruction... I'm sure laser eyes and ultrasonic waves will help :)
