Well the title is quite self-explanatory, i wonder if it's somehow possible to reduce a 60fps progressive video down to 50 interlaced without getting visually irregular framerate. The target media is a PAL DVD.
I'm using Adobe After effects and tried frame blending and pixel motion to interpolate.
I see an improvement compared to plain 50fps reduction, but it's not perfect.
I wonder if there's a magical tool out there that can fix this kind of stuff or is the only solution to reduce in half..?
