Hi,

I just got my Intuos4, wich at first worked great but is now driving me crazy.

The LEDs are making a very high pitch noise. I could always turn them of, but that would be sad since I like 'em besides the very irritating sound they make.

Does anyone have any idea of why this is? I have tested it on another computer but I couldn't hear any noise.

The "test computer" had XP installed, and my current one has Windows7. I have the Windows7 drivers installed and the tablet works fine besides the noisy part.

I'll be very thankful for any help!

contact Wacom support - they are quite good. It's probably a bad part though so you'll either get a replacement or turn it off.

Thank you for the answer!

I did contact them a few days back. But I've gotten no answer so far... I sure hope there is a way for me to get rid of that noise. I liked those OLEDs!

Okay, so now I've e-mailed them two times (last time was about a week ago), but still nothing. You'd think they'd atleast answer your e-mails...

So I still ask of anyone who might know anything; please, I need help with this. I don't like the fact that my Intuos4 is just laying around because of this.

Thank you!

Iv'e contacted wacom a couple of time and get answers in less than 24 hours. Are you sending the email to the correct address? They have a good customer support IMO.

That's what I've heard too. But it does not seem like that's the case for me.

I think I'm sending it to the right place, but I would appreciate it if you could give me a direct link to theur customer support service! Who knows, I might have done it wrong somehow (twice...).

Can I take it as if none of you guys have experienced noisy OLEDs?

Thanks again!

Still no answer from Wacom.

I thought I'd try and ask you another question somewhat unrelated to my previous, but saving you the creation of another thread.

How do I configure my Intuos4 to "redo" (Shift+Ctrl+Z) in Photoshop? It seems to me like it knows the command "Ctrl+Alt" but not "Ctrl+Shift", is there any way to get around this..?

Thanks!
