hi everybody,
I'm sort of new to 3d graphics, and this is one of my first thinks i have to texturize.
I do know something about mapping and projection but i've got still some problems.
The problem is that i don't know how to put more then just one texture to one object, and how to assign different material ID's to poly-selections so i have some orderning in UV-mapping. Now when i apply an UVW-unwrap modifier i only see the UV's of whole the object or just one selection. My question is what i'm doing wrong. I already looked in the documentation and did the tutorial with the helmet-guy, but it's not working one my model.
If somebody could help me i will be very happy.

Note: I'm using MAX4, and already downloaded DeepPaint3d v2. But it crashes all the time. And sorry for my English.
