Hi, I'm using gmax - which to my understanding is pretty much the same as max on the modelling side of things. I'm following the tutorial over at http://www.3dtotal.com/team/Tutorials/fiat500/fiat500.asp - Except, when I get to here: http://www.3dtotal.com/team/Tutorials/fiat500/fiat500_m02.asp
where it says about shift + dragging to make another 2 poly's, I have to reposition it, in every viewpoint and then look in perspective to make sure there's no overlapping bits. Even then, it's way too dificult to make it smooth as there's always an edge poking through somewhere.
My question is this: Is there a way I can just shift + drag sort of thing to extend the curent path? I've been trying to cut the mesh etc but nothing seems to work.
Any help would be welcome on how I should go about carrying on the path without having to create another poly, move it then try making it all fit. Please someone shed some light on how I can do this!
