CGTalk - Pointer disappears

I'm new to motion builder, my new job uses it and I've been on it for about a week now. When I'm in the viewer window and full screen it I lose my pointer. It's still there because if I move slowly I will see it the rotation circles highlight but I can't actually see the pointer. Any suggestions?
I tried googling it and haven't had any luck.

It is a preference setting, to disable cursor in full screen or not.
You just have to set it , settings -preferences- viewer-Show cursor in full screen.
