By having the building in shadow against a brilliant sky, you're losing all the detail in the building and showing it in a bad light.
I think you'd be doing yourself a massive favour by going out and redoing the photography at a time when there's sun playing across the facade. It will bring out the detail and give you so much more to work with.
If its completely north facing and never receives sunlight, then wait until near sunset when there's far less contrast - or use wider latitude film to pick out more detail in the shadows.
Failing that, you could try to adjust the levels and curves in something like photoshop to bring out the detail.
Good photography is key to a composite like this and will make your life alot easier.

The perspective seems wrong...
Define the horizon, use a camera (instead of perspective wiev) and set the perspective from there to match the surroundings in the picture... and above all... Have fun!

Check the edges, they all seem very soft - in the photograph they're mostly hard!
