Hey, I was wondering if there is an fast and or easy way to effectivly create astroids? they dont have to be photorealistic just basically the shape and maybe a good color to them.. any ideas?

There is an easy way to do it in 3ds max, but im not sure about Maya

Head on over to High End 3D and grab the Rock Gen script. It makes boulders, quartz crystals and more.
