I'm having a strange issue. I'm using mental ray and Maya 2009 (64 bit) and when I render with batch render for some reason my render finishes and then starts rendering again! I'm not sure why. For example I render frames 800-854. Once frame 854 is finished it starts rendering at frame 800 again. I've never seen maya do this and haven't had this problem on other sections I have rendered. Except for yesterday where it did it to me again. I was rendering frame 591-690 and once it was finished rendering it started over at frame 591. I didn't notice until I checked it and it was on frame 612 even though when I looked in the folder the other frames were all their up to 690. If anyone knows why my batch render is automatically re-rendering then please tell me. Thanks.
