CGTalk - Cloning? Please help

I was modelling the right ear in Zbrush 3.5 and then I saw that the left ear side was completely different.
Is there a way to precisely delete the left half of my model head and then copy the right part of the head to the left so everything look similar.
Or is there a clone brush just like in photoshop?
Excuse my English for it is not that good lol

Am not great with Zbrush I know less then the basics lol - This is my first model and its looking good at the moment.
The only problem is the other side of the head is crap :(
Please help me guys I would like to continue further am addicted to this lol

Mask the good side of your tool you want to keep and copy over to the bad side. Then in the Tool / Deformation palette press 'Smart Resym'
