Hello ever1!!!

I'm modeling a car right now but so far i encontered a strange problem...
here's the deal:

I got the hood of my car and i wanna make two air "holes" like vents on top of it... So i generate some curves and lofted them, next i did a circular filled between the two surfaces (hood and air ducts) for details... so far so good...
Them i trimmed the ducts part and next tryed to trim the hood itself, so i can have the hole for the air duct on top of it...
That's when the problem occours... After the trim is done i get an all messed nurbs hood with black spots all over it and a really ugly nurbs surface, all dented and bad layed...!

I tryed to delete all the history on the hood, fillets and air duct but i still can't have a nice trimed surface...!

Any one has had this before?
Any help would be great...!

:Thanks:

Ok i got a fix for my first problem... Having deleted "all by type history" kept my nurbs surface nicely layed...
But now i have a new bug on the trimed vents... Seems like there's some left overs on the surface around the fillet edge!
Here's the image:

Now i really don't know what to do... I tried to find some patchs or hulls for thoes little dents but there ar none...!
Some help would be nice!

:Thanks:

Those look like the typical thing left by a trim. If you render those should not be there. I was told that has to do with the graphics card. You can also increase the tessellation and turn on Smooth Edge and/or Edge Swap and adjust the values to get a smoother look. Hope that helps.

Yes I believe that it is just an illusion on the viewports. It should not be a problem when the render time comes. Bumping up teh tesselation might help, but you shouldn't worry about what you see in the shaded mode on your desktop.

Yeah ...

Thanks fellas... I just fixed this little "bug" raising the "curve precision shaded" on the surface attribute window...!

Now i have more "stamina" to go on with my model...!

Thanks again for your help!
