No matter what I try with VRay, it completely closes 3dsmax (3.1) before it even starts rendering. I was really hoping to use it. :( Does this happen to anyone else? Any fix?

If you're using the public beta it expired sometime in march. There will be a demo and a free version soon.

coz there will be not another test version out soon, you have to
change your computer date to befor march!

The other option is of course to buy the software :p

You do get a lot for your money. I think the 30% discount is still valid too.

Just because it's expired, it has to just shut down max without asking? :annoyed: Maybe they should delete the file off their server, because that's where I downloaded it from (linked to by another site).

No the shutdown was a bug. It's a BETA.
I'll thell the guys to delete the file from the server.

Look out for the demo soon though.
