Dreamscape Botton Black Stripe

I can't get rid of the black stripe on the botton of the sky.Can somebody please explain how it works?I know TurboSquid provides a set of video tutorials with Dreamscape if you purchased through them. The first video explains how to adjust the ground plane. There is a spinner in the DS rollout that adjusts the ground/horizon line. That should do the trick.
