i love the hair! :thumbsup:

imo it lacks some depth. espesially the shirt, almost looks like it has been traced. i suggest giving it some more shadow and blending the hole piece with a background.

also her right eye looks a bit missing.

nice though.

I think you need to smooth or smudge the dark spots on her face it looks like dirt rather than shading.
