i think his right eye (our left) is poping out too much, dosnt look like its part of him as much.

you did the light rays with a texture Vlight? damn, turned out real nice I thought it was done in post. Care to elaborate on the light rays? what texture did you use on the vlight?

I used the IFW2 (http://www.shaders.org/ifw2_textures/procedurals.htm) procedurals. (space>flare). They worked perfectly !

Anyway, i assume you could achieve the same effect with a simple bitmap (or even an animated one).

i like the model, but i think the face seem's a little.. odd.. it looks like as if it's popped out the head., c what i mean ?

i like the glow effect, how did you make all the object glow like that ? did you use high glow radius ?
