Never used zbrush before, need to build up my portfolio so I'm working on some assets for a scene. Around 2k tris and a 512 texture sound about right.
Here's the block out

Used that to create the sub div

took that into zBrush

Re-did the topology of the mid level zbrush mesh for the low poly
I used 3D coat for the topology and UV tools, but I everything but the seat/back in xsi by stripping down the sub div.

Here's the UV's

Testing the AO and normal maps, figuring out what I still need to clean up,
I had issues baking out the AO as you can see on the right. (using xnormal)

What I have left to do:
Figure out whats up with the AO
Clean up the AO and normal maps
Use crazy bump to add more detail to the normal maps
Spec and diffuse textures in photoshop
Once I finish the asset, I'll go back into zbrush and try to make it cleaner, it wont be hard to re-bake the AO and normal maps.
