I needed to practice me photo retouching skills so I found a girl on myspace who wants to be a model. She offers very reasonable prices for photoshoots. To make a long story short we worked out a deal where I would touch up her photos in return for using them in my portfolio. So please guys let me know what you guys think about my work.

Hmm... let's put aside the source image, and consider the result.

You've got the right idea in attempting to isolate the subject, and you hit the major elements of trimming her down and cropping for effect.

However, the execution leaves quite a bit to be desired, unfortunately. I highly recommend you pick one or two areas to focus on at a time, then add other elements in as you go. In this case, start with the body retouching, which will involve liquefy and changing the shading a bit to get the right proportions.

The thing is, you've gotten very heavy-handed with the blur, masking, and color elements. Given the starting shot, there's not a lot you can do to make a "WOW!!" image here, but there is quite a bit to practice on.

Any chance you can rework just the belly and shoulder areas and repost your results? That will help refine the critiques.

Like I said above, you seem to know what areas need work, it's just taking a more subtle approach.
