Hey man, nice character
I was just working on a frog character (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=86506) wich reminds your character.
so if you want, click on it to check it out.

anyway i think the hands are TOO big, especially in porportion to the foot.
if you are going for human anatomy you should add some space between the chest and maybe give him a bit more butt and maybe a bit some more details if you want

and as jhrala said add him nostrils
