I have this problem (its very hard for me to explaint in english what i need).
I have this object and i need to texture it.

First i need camouflage (red, yellow, blue) then i need to add some marks. But ! Marks go over few plygons - so if i need to have it without distortion i must edit UV in texture editor (i can do it), but if i have complex object i must have separated groups of UV (because of minimal distortion) and how can i fix when polygon "1" and "2" are in different group and need to add mark over this two polygon? (if they are in one group i simply add layer in Photoshop and move it ovet this polygons), but when they are separated? - if they are separated and i add layer i will get this:

PS i done this in Bodypaint by simply taka the "1" and "2" polygons in one group and paint full object with 3Dpaint tool. But i need to do it in Photoshop.
Sorry fom my english :-(
