i have done a spine by ribbonsetup,it is working nicely but while global scaling it is deforming. deforming from mid bone it is not getting scale why?
is there any reason or it happens or m i doing something wrong. i did it by bones and point on surface info node.

I think you need to connect the scale to the follicles, at least that is what i do

i have done it by scaling my ribbon joints cos i used bones and pos for ribbon setup
