This a monti carlo render witch took WAY TO LONG...

This is an Interpolated render with the settings:
1 bounce
7 x 21
0.25
5m

Look att the shadows in the corners and on details and stuff...see my problem ?, there are none... i know i know..turn everything down so u get better quality...but this is gonna be an animation...so i canīt have each frame take like 5 hours to render..

Iīll take any help i can get here...even if i gotta redo the hole firggin setup just to make it better...

If it's daylight the light fixtures on the ceiling shouldn't be the brightest thing in the scene, the sunlight should be. Start with nothing but the key (sun) and light the scene as well as you can with one light, completely dark shadows. Then tint that light a bit yellow, and add blue-tinted dimmer lights with softer shadows from a few other directions for light from the sky. Then add bounce light coming up through the floor from the sunlit areas. The ceiling light fixtures are an afterthought, make them dim and orange or green, but still with a little glow on the ceiling around them.
