if i guess right you mean how to change the direction of the orto views !?
you can do this by simply rotating them. select all the views in the outliner. display-show selection. and then select the one you wanna change and rotate it about 180 degrees in the right direction.
if i'm wrong (sorry my english isn't very advanced. i've looked in the dictionary, but the explaination of trajectories was very simple) :D :D :D

Animate>Create Motion Trail
[but you cannot edit the objects anim through manipulating points on the motion trail snapshot]

In Character Studio...
Wheel Menu
Dispaly > Trajectories (squiggly line)
Make sure you have a bone selected first.
