I like it, but what I would really love to see is some great action moves!!!

god thats scary to hear michael jackson's voice. :surprised nice start though.

some crits:

i think the body movements need a lot of work. right now, when he moves, he makes these really broad slow smooth movements. if you really want him to move a lot, i'd say hit a pose, hold, go to next pose.

as for the face. in my opinion, his eyes need to be a bit more expressive. right now, they're not conveying emotion very much at all.

for the actual lip synch, it looks like his mouth is moving a million miles a second at some points. i'm not sure if this is what happened, but it appears like you went through and wrote down the dialog, then went through and wrote down what phonemes should go where according to how you see it on paper. in my opinion, thats not the best way to approach lip synch. when you're speaking, your mouth doens't always hit the shapes you think it would when your speaking. a lot of times, your mouth will make shapes that blend together differently than what you'd normally expect to see. also, attitude can completely change the shapes mouths make when you're speaking. some of the best reference you can get would be actually sitting in front of a mirror or video camera and watching yourself perform the dialog. don't enunciate the words precisely, instead, say the dialog exactly how it sounds in the audio clip. then, analyze that. this will also help with your head movement.

keep in mind these are just my observations ;)

good luck! :buttrock:

Thanks for the comments ! :)
Here is an update, i opened the hands when he opens his arms, i added a blink and a few eye movements, i made him raise his shoulders a little, and i accentuated some lipsync.

I'll probably move to something else now, i'm fed up with mickael's voice (i feel i've heard it a million times...)

Something's wrong with the latest link, gets some kind of error page. Perhaps bandwidth exceeded?

Not bandwith...it's the URL. The actual URL behind the link is structured just like the link text, with the "..." in the middle, too.
