lightwarp is easy to build by yourself.
- take the alpha of your foreground and invert it
- blur this
- subtract blurred and invert alpha from your original alpha
- blur your background
- add the background over the foreground with the result of the subtraction
- for something advanced multiply the result of the substraction with a luma key of the background
or look here (http://vfxpedia.com/index.php?title=Settings_and_Macros)
for edge blur:
use the filter tool and set it to sobel, there is your edgedetection

if you visited the link i posted you should have seen, there are at least 2 macros for it
and i wanted to teach you a way to do it by yourself, but if you just want to press a button then go and download a plugin/marco and hope it works like you want.
its always better to know what your are doing instead to know only the buttons to press
