my first thing ever made in 3d. i tried to figure it out on my own so no tutorials or anything were used. i am proud of the product i got , even though it will look like crap to all of you since most of you are so good. i am gonna try to put a body on him, although i dont konw how to attach it. hehe. any suggestions would be great, but plese dont flame me for it not being good.

if you want to make the body you could take the faces that ar at the very bottom of hsi head (neck) and extrude them several times for the neck or whatever and tweak them as you extrude them out

Kevin,

Nice start. I like the general look. Could use more detail, of course, but that's something you can add as you go along after you get the whole thing fleshed out so-to-speak.

What application did you use to create this?

Also, I like the blue-tinged color some of you guys are using instead of just greyscale. I don't know what it is, but that just makes the renders pop out a bit better.

Keep working on it and post more pics as you go along!

snitch and winter EC : thank you so much for replying, it really helped me out. snitch i will try adding the body and i will post pics. winter, i am using lightwave , and i have been using it for 2 weeks now. its my first 3d prog i have ever used and i like it. i like the whole moddeller is seperate from layout idea. i would be glad to post some more pics as i make him better. thanks again :thumbsup: :buttrock:
