Very impressive blog Micheal. I really enjoyed watching your shots there.
You animation is looking awesome!
In super_hero_wip_03: I think you have the chance to break up the timing. For now the timing feels a bit even. Hope that makes sense.
The other two shots looks great! :)

Well, I think the legs and the hips looks perfect.
This is just to spice up the movement! :D
At this moment the upper body looks a bit pose to pose. It feels a bit like, every part of the upper body and hands are moving at the same time.
The angle between his forearms and upper arms looks constant through out the shot.
You can also break up the timing of his hand move. Like, maybe make them stay more in the pose, as the hands are changing direction. And have quicker spacing in between. May be have nicer spacing in his chest rotation. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks! i had the feeling that something is wrong, but you have find the solution!
Before i have read Your post i made my own improvements, right now vimeo is converting an animation. It`s not exactly what you were talking about, but maybe is a little bit better.

Wow! I really like the timing now. This looks much better!
I think you have the chance to add a bit overlap in his wrist area.
