CGTalk - Good bones tuturial

Hey. Im am using a new 3d enguine that only surports bone animation from exports from max. Can anyone reccommend any good bone tuturials i havnt worked with them before. The ones i found arnt well very good they dont go in enough detail or explain what they are doing.
