I've been looking high and low for an .obj version of a max rig called ciceto.
http://www.daniel3d.com/pepe-school-land/freemodels.html

I have yet to find one, but as a request to all of the other blender users out there; for someone owns a copy of studio max, if they are willing to export the model as an .obj?

You would have my gratitude.

Thank you.
*searches yet again*

It would be illegal.
That is a model that pepeland.com sold to autodesk
I don't think autodesk is happy if someone grabs it and post it free in blender community. That would bring legal issues even for the website hosting it.

Do yourself and no problem.

Are you sure it's sold to autodesk?

I thought it was completly free.

Cheers.

Well, easy to know: write to pepeland.com and ask then.

In the max tutorials help file (tutorial about rigging I think it was) pepe explained how to rig it and the character was included in the CD with max. If we are talking about that Ciceto character then I don't think it is free. It is part of max tutorials and so of max. Pepe probably get a gift from Autodesk for it or perhaps money.

But to be sure just send him a e-mail and ask then.
