View Full Version : DELL Precision M6500 vs. DELL XPS 16

I need a new mobile 3D workstation. I know desktop workstations are cheaper, etc. but I need the portability.
My question to you all is this, looking at the two machines outlined below, is the M6500 worth the difference in price? Is the Quadro going to perform that much better? I'm using mainly 3ds Max 2010. Having the extra RAM slots and the metal case in the M6500 is nice, but is it worth it?
