I just posted this in the video compostion thread also. I would like to make some video takes of babies and animals whose lips are talking like an adult human. can Cinema4d achieve this.

You can model and animate over a reference clip using this technique:

Getting the mesh, textures and animated motion to match that of an imported clip will be hard work, though (no way around that whatever package you use). Places like Rhthym & Hues (who did Babe) model the animal muzzle, and then texture, light, and animate it to blend in with the original.

Motion tracking software like Boujou or Icarus might make things easier in some situations...

You could potentially use 2D warping and morphing to do the job, as well, but 3D would be more convincing.
