View Full Version : Not able to get render passes in mental ray?

Hey I have this strange problem with render Passes in Mental Ray.

I have a car which is running around in kitchen(Kitchen is still image).

I want to render specular,reflection,diffuse passes,Strangely I am not getting those.Could somebody help me.

I have used mental ray materials for my car.

hmmm...

are you using Maya 2010?

if so...you might have to upgrade your shaders to *_passes depending on the shaders you're using. I know car_paint and mia_x have this option

Sorry but I am using maya 2008,Now what can I do,to get my render passes.
