Hi guys, Could any one please guide for the option in 3ds max similar to Skin\Edit smooth Skin\Smooth Skin Weights in Maya?

If i were you,i'd have picked a different title :) Also,don't post questions in the tutorials thread.

Have a look at the Skin modifier in Max.
