Now I dont know how to make places like nose or forehead to have some glossy reflection (oil) you know what I mean? Do I have to use some alpha stuff to show max that on those places he should place specular an dif yes how to do it?

A grayscale bitmap in the Specular Level channel will work for this, not sure about VRay though.
okey thanks. But got one more question...darker colour will catch more specular or brighter cause in alpha black is transparent and white isn't. How does it work with specular ?

Look up Specular Level in the help file... much more info there than the black/white answer, plus a pretty picture.
thank you...:banghead: :banghead:
just one more thing=))))
"Black pixels in the map produce full glossiness. White pixels remove glossiness completely, and intermediate values reduce the size of the highlight"
black pixels produce fulll glossiness but on picture it's look like the glossines is where white color is? Sorry for all this stupid questions but I'm confused.
