Cinema doesn't support AVI frame progression when I work with Animated composition shots.
i'e. When I use *.avi in the texture, I can't see it's progression on the screen, which is a huge bummer!

Does anybody know of a plugin to solve this problem.

It works for me, but I am using Quicktime movies...

The steps I use:

Add background object.

Create new material.

Add movie file to colour channel.

Click edit button in colour channel. The Time controls window opens. Click the calculate button (allows C4D to know how long the movie is).

Add material to background object.

Click play, and watch the fun...

I'm not sure if AVI works the same way, but it should...
