I once downloaded from autodesk official site Reactor tutorial pdf. Can't find it there anymore but here's link where you can get it now

This is very good 130 pages pdf covering Reactor's use. Hope this will give you what you are looking for. Also, don't ignore YouTube. There are some people who did pretty good video tutorials for Reactor. Just type in search 3ds max reactor and there you go
