Oh sorry :)
The deformations doesnt apear to be real I dont know how to explain that ... its like the bones are streatching the model ...
I think is that and when u go to animate an model how u do that ? u have to movement bone by bone and record key frame by keyframe or it has another way ?
I know that it has ik but is it an especial way to make the animation seens more real ?
and do u know a good tutorial on the web that explains how to use ik , bones and everthing related to animation for cinema 4d ?
Thanks I think its all :)
I already know how to make most of this thinks but i think i need some upgrades in my models and scenes !
Cya and thanks

i think you should push on IK, C4D 8+ has now some gravity included in the IK stuff, that add pretty much realism. And this is saving a lot of time with keyframes.
on the other hand you should set up your bones according to real morphology and be specialy thoughtfull about your modelling when doing it. A "not-so-well-done" model will be a real pain to animate (especially if there is triangles - use quads(this is really important)).
Regarding tutorial there is good documentation with C4D and try the maxon website
http://www.maxon.net
we may be more helpfull if you post some screenshots of your animation...
