View Full Version : Swapping Character Mesh

Hello guys,

I'm pretty new to motionbuilder and am pretty lost. I have a bunch of Mocap files coming in and I will be importing them all into a single scene in Motionbuilder 2009 and would just animate the different animations by switching tracks.

The model was made in maya exported as .fbx and characterized in MotionBuilder. I then merged the animation with the model fbx files.

Now if I update the Maya Model, how do I go about swapping the files so that it is seamless =) Thank you so much.

Thanks a lot man. Saved me the effort of going through each file and plotting the new updated rig onto the old one and then plotting to skeleton. :) Thanks a bunch man.
