View Full Version : Little dashing raider
Veroka 11-28-2009, 03:00 PM Hello,
This is the current art-work, that I'm drawing now.
I started it with a small sketch, but then decided to make an illustration from it.
It's still in process.

now it looks like that.
After adding new details I decided to change the monster.

That's looking really cool, my only crit would be with the first monster head, it being so low to the ground looks okay, like it my be using it's tenticle to feel around on the ground, with the new head you may want to have him looking up a bit more, it seems that his head is forced unnaturally down. I kindof like the first head better, the new head is a bit generic. The spidery legs work a bit better with the overall picture too.

Oh I love this, its adorable.
I'd like to see some of the light from her staff reflected on her hair or something, should make it jump out a little bit more.

Zyrinx, andalusian, thanks a lot for giving your oppinion!
About big monster - I think I'll try to put the head a bit higher, but I like much more the animal's legs - I would like the monster to be serious or something like that and at the same time not terrifiing.
and I'll think of the light - I don't like how it looks like now and I agree that something has to be changed there. may be reflacts will change the situation. :)
