CGTalk - Why is the glow effect not animating?

View Full Version : Why is the glow effect not animating?

I have set key frames for the glow post effect in my timeline, to make an object pulse with light to call attention to it. But for some reason, when rendering these keyframes are not seen. Whatever settings are in the renderer are used, and the glow simply winks on to full and then back off. Is there a special way to animate the post effects? Something that I'm missing here?

Okay, never mind this one either. Got it figured out. Turns out that you can get screwed up here with multiple render settings. I have a default for stills and one for video output. I set up the keys in the still settings and then rendered with the video settings. So it didn't see the keys. Innerestin', no? :wip:
