View Full Version : sci-fi vehicle quake 4 inspired
meatsack 08-20-2003, 03:04 AM Based off of concept art.
I would like to give proper credit to the artist who
created the concept for this, but he/she is unknown to me at this point.
I did not follow the concept exactly, mainly used it as a guide.
Created in Max.

I probably will not texture it, I'm having too much fun modeling this kinda stuff right now. I want to get better at modeling high poly stuff, so I'm mainly concentraiting on that right now.
Thanks for the comments.

I love this. I saw your posts for this when you had it wip. You have some absolutely incredable detail on this project. You should show some of you close-up pics here also. I am certain others would love to see that.

I love this sort of thing. Nice modeling and nice detail. It would equally fit into the realm of Alien(s) vehicles and such.

I really like this vehicle you did a great job. I know you said you didn't think you were going to texture it but it would be so damn nice see some sweet texture on there.

ahaha, I'm glad someone likes my stuff.
Now if I could just get someone to pay me to do this stuff I would be set :)

It's a nice model. Try rendering it with global illumination and all those small details will pop a bit better. Better yet, textures with GI rendering... now you're talking. Nice job though!
