Here is a color sketch of a photo real illustration/matt painting I am working on. The focal point is the plasma canon blast. My main concern is with the choice of colors of light and what to do with the empty white sky. So far any reference I have seen when the sky is a white/slightly yellowish color, there are never any clouds. Any remarks would be helpful. thanks
