View Full Version : Simple way to bump sequences downstream?

As I refine my animation, I find that I frequently would like to be able to add in a chunk of free time. For example, I have a sequence that ends at frame 365 and another couple that begin at 370. Now I want to expand the first sequence. In order to clear the time, right now I manually select all the downstream sequences and then drag them to the right and out of the way. Selecting all these sequences can be a real hassle, as there are a ton of them spread out all over the place. Is there an easy way to "insert" empty time and bump everything down? Or alternatively, is there an easy way to select all sequences downstream from the current time? I've been digging through the manual, but I've got nothing...

Thanks.

Thusly it appears that mayhap there is no way to do this? Plugin writers, perhaps it would not be so hard? A plug that would select all sequences downstream from the current time marker and move them a set distance in order to clear up some space?? There's folks like me who would sure like it. Anyone else find this idea useful?
