This is a picture I was inspired to paint in Photoshop 7. I still have to add some more details, but I will update this link as I do so. Tell me what you think. This took about 4 hours to do.

Interesting concept!:D

For me the only thing that really stands out is the river itself and the rock. Some nice work on that, especially the work on the water.

The rest doesn't sit very well in relation. I think the trees need something done to them... they don't seem to fit the composition.

I really like the water though.

I just started this last night. I will be adding alot more to it before I am done. Everything is on it's own layer so I can add behind. There will be alot more rocks in the water and more trees. I haven't detailed the trees yet either. There will be moss and such around and on them.
