I'd be careful with those shoulders... he's looking dangerously close to being rather pinched in that area.

Looks freaky,..Id pay attention to the arms and where they fold to create the armpit they are a little high,..I have run into the same problem b4 when creating a character then skining it and bringing those arms down but anyway I definatley like where its going!
