Hello CGTalk members!

Here is my issue. I ve done a snake with 4 NURBS patches that I have stitched together. I have rigged them and everything look fine when I move and twist my snake in my Maya but when I render my scene to have a preview I see separations between my patches.

My teacher told my that it's a lie from Maya which shows me a fine model while it's actually not fine... I don't really believe it since I think that Maya should render what I exactly have in my scene.

Do you have any idea of what happens ? Thanks!

Hi!
It could be of two reasons.
1.Your Spans are not exactly matching with the other patch.
2.There could be difference in the Skin value of the adjoining patch
Rectify these.
