Well the good 'ole soft Quadro doesn't work, but you could try a program called NVmax. It won't trick your PC into thinking it is a Quadro but it will let you use hardware overlays and sideband addressing among other optimizations.

Currently, no.
In the future...I doubt it.
The reason: The Geforce 4 and the Quadro4 use different GPU's.
This unfortunately means that there is no way in hell, even with soldering and moving resistors, that you can turn a GF4 into a Quadro. Your pc may see the card as a Quadro, but the reality of it is that all the lovely Quadro features are never enabled.
NVmax can enable some hidden features but not even close to all of them.
I did use NVmax to enable Sideband adressing and Fastwrites on my rig, and threw in a little overclocking to boot, but that's it.
Hope this helps
