Nice Image. Especially Texures and lighting. Speaking of which what program did u use? And more importantly what lighting technique and renderer?

Wow. Extremely nice stuff. Textures look great, and the lighting and mood is very nice as well.
Seems like the cables are getting a bit hot, is all the illumination from the neon? Seems to be a spot of daylight or something coming from above hitting on the middle of the elevator roof.
At a guess from the En.Low, is this my favorite LightWave? :D
Whatever it's in, digging it. Look forward to seeing it move..

Thanxxxxxx for your coments messieurs...
I have used Lightwave , it's really a great software .
The cables seem hot because there a neon behind , I will pay for my camera position but with animation, I think that you will don't see it.
For the top cage lighting it's true, I'will arrange this problem .
For technique lighting , I think with time, observation, and work everyone can make a good stuf but it's not really simple . There are 80 lights in the scene and for me , but it's personel , I most clear all lights and start again .

As he forgot to mention and as I don't want you guys to get confused and get things straight, for those who have visited our website, the subway, the hamilton watch and the P 206 are my works.
In fact we decided to put our skills together for common projects including a website, a teaser, a demo reel, a company...hope we'll get to it.
The best is only about to come... :)

Ah OK, I gotta pay more attention! :)
Great stuff both of you, in that case :D
Yeah, upon further inspection I noticed there was a lamp/light/thing on top of the elevator itself, that all makes more sense now.
And 80 lights, cool to see some lighting the old fashioned way instead of hitting the magic GI button (magic plus 30 hours). Not that that's bad either, just gotta know when and where.
Anyway, look forward to the animation..you guys going to put up some behind-the-scenes at any point?

At the first glance you could really think it's a photo :)
Great work.

that scene is excellent. I really have to get to know LW. Almost every picture that I have seen here generated by LW has looked very realistic. Of cource, it isn't just the software, it is a lot of skill. :) Hopefully I can learn.

Belgians kick ass :bounce:
Cheers BLACK TULIP and Ripper!
And everyone else is free to grab a drink aswell of course ;)
Beautiful mood and lighting. I also like the composition alot. I don't have much to critique. I'm looking forward to the animation, although with 1h per frame I guess that might take a while yet? ;)
Out of curiosity, is there any postprocessing in this picture?

Really thanks for your comments.
The animation coming soon but you'will wait because the render time it's really long .

Great work man!
But those rendertimes! Ouch!
What takes up the most time? For a scene without GI or raytracing, rendertimes over an hour per frame are awfully long!
Maybe the 80 lights all have softshadows (area lights)?
Try optimizing it to make it render faster!
Greetings,
Marcel
