hmmmmm, pretty interesting. I'd go a bit easy with the textures and add more polygons to compensate for smoothing errors. Optimus IS, after all a car. When in car mode, he SHOULD look like a car. Also, you're overdoing it with the bump you're using on the surface he's standing on. Your second image is pretty interesting. Also, better the effect of megatron's laser. Make it like......a laser!!! (If you need any help on that, i'd be happy to help with extensive instructions, if you're on LW).
Oh, yeah, watch it on the windshield on Optimus. It would help you to think of REAL cars and REAL planes, and REAL.....whatever megatron turns into. You would make them a lot more interesting if you game them a sort of realism.

it looks good to me. They are nice and...not clean. They look battle hardended. The windshild on Optimus's chest is a bit too reflective. Other than that, the textureing and modeling look good to me.
The lazer cannon effect is a bit overdone. I like the inner cone, but not all of the lines around it. I suppose they are supposed to be lighting, but I think that it would look better if it where removed.

Yeah I remember them....
they were allways fighting, I think that agression towards fellow robots is a shame. I wish somebody would do something about it!!! So much anger and agression and violence in a tv show for kids, no wonder that those kids hit each other with microwaves and washing-machines....uhhh yeah!
Oh but about the images, they are great!!!

Everthing diazgl said. About the windshield, it is reflecting a blue sky while the sky in the image is more purplish. I would use the same image for your relection map that u used for your sky, and make it less reflective and dirty it up a bit like you have the rest of the model. Other than that great job.
