Is there anything like the chiliskinner tool for editable polys?

Since chiliskinner converts editable polys into editable meshes when automatic detaching poly clusters....

IS THERE ANY TOOL or METHOD TO USE THE CHILISKINNER (OR SIMILAR) TOOLS WITH EDITABLE POLYS?

any suggestions? plz let me know...thx

Use the Unwrap UVW modifier instead. Unfolds the UVs only, not the model, keeps it polygonal too.
