Hi there,

I've got some weird artifacts in a GI render and I really haven't a clue why I get them or how to get rid of them. There isn't a lightsource near. A strange thing is that when I render only a single frame, this doesn't happen. I'd hate to have to manually render each frame though.

Does anyone recognize these artifacts?

Well, if you're on R11 then you might have selected the wrong GI mode - Irradiance Cache can be used for both still images and animations, but has a separate mode for each.

After that, there's combinations of IC and QMC, for still frames, camera animation only, full animation and optimized for NET Render.

Use the appropriate mode, they're there for a reason :) . Otherwise you might consider posting the scene file here for people to check it out.
